My sons mobile phone just lost most of its credit how can this happen?
It is a brand new phone and he had credit. This morning he checked it and it was .! What the hell has happened. How can credit just disappear. He has bluetooth, but he swears he didnt leave it on. Is there any way he can get it back?

Bluetooth doesnt use credit, its free.brErm, the only things I can think of isbr He downloaded a gamethemetone and it was a subscription service, meaning they will continuously charge him credit.br He has left the Internet on his phone running without realising.br He has sent more texts than he can remember, or more calls.br Someone else in the house has been using his phone to browse the net, call or text. brbrCredit doesnt just disappear, a human caused it to!brEven if you phone TMobile, they will NOT give him back his credit, Ive worked in a phone shop and everyday at least people come in saying their credit has disappeared, it is too much of a con to believe. Im not saying you or your son are lying.
