Are cell phones an annoying distraction or an essential communication device?
a thesis paper and i would like another point of view.
Answer
both, they are a great form of communication , especially in emergencies, yet they are also a great distraction from life for the person addicted to them and quite annoying for people nearby that must endure the conversations they would rather not hear !
